A City bank is seeking a Reward Consultant to assist with the implementation of the 2009 FSA requirements for financial institutions. Ideally, applicants will have had exposure to these regulations in 2009/10 and have experience of implementing them. This will be a project role and the individual will be required to consult with the business and the remuneration committee, coordinate the regulatory requirements and prepare the necessary documentation. Successful candidates will have strong influencing and project management skills.
