A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager to provide direction and innovative reward practices and delivery for their UK based executives and senior managers.
Key responsibilities of the Executive Compensation Manager are:
• Management of a specialist Reward team, providing leadership and setting clear guidelines and expectations for team members. Ensuring that expertise and guidance is available to team members, the wider HR community, stakeholders and clients.
• Providing technical reward expertise in developing and implementing effective and attractive Reward solutions which support the Company’s strategy, together with the relevant policy and governance frameworks.
• Through collaborative working and effective working relationships with stakeholders, understanding the current reward challenges and future reward needs and external influences in the individual businesses (including specialist interventions) and working collaboratively to implement best practice solutions.
Ideal candidates for the Executive Compensation Manager role will possess experience of operating at a senior level, be able to demonstrate deep technical competence, be commercially astute and able to influence at very senior levels. You will have financial services and governance experience and be able to analyse and interpret HRMI for strategic evaluation as well as possess strong communication skills.
