A global investment bank located in the City of London is seeking an International Reward Specialist to sit within their Reward function, providing international mobility remuneration advice to the Reward population. This role will input to define and articulate the vision, strategy, priorities and plans for this area of the HR function.
Key responsibilities for the International Reward Specialist include:
- Own the reward elements of the International Mobility policy and act as point of escalation for exceptional and reward related `out of policy' queries
- Working with reward specialists to drive thinking on an integrated total reward approach
- Enable the frontline delivery of processes/products (e.g. effective training, sponsorship etc)
- Continuously improve processes/products and performance in relation to the products
- Work collaboratively with other Specialists & HRRMs to provide coordinated & integrated solutions to drive business performance
- Provide consultancy and advice to the reward function and their customers and other stakeholders in response to business priorities

Ideal candidates for the International Reward Specialist role will possess deep specialist knowledge in international mobility reward. You will also possess strong relationship building, communication, judgement, negotiation and influencing skills. The ability to influence and implement in a matrix environment is essential.
