This consultancy works with clients who want to innovate and grow, and helps them release the creative potential of their people, products and brands.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join a people-centred practice that focuses on all the internal issues of complex culture change. The role will be responsible for leading OD projects, collaborating on innovation projects and business development. This team works on projects such as:
- designing employee experience around customer services
- redefining a company's brand and brand strategy
- defining a company's vision and valaues
- rebranding an 'internal' customer proposition.

Ideal candidates will possess strong commercial experience, be free thinking and have a proven ability in developing employee propositions, vision and values for the internal brands of large organisations.
