hti profiles

Uniquely, hti profiles enables you, the employer, to browse our database of interim professionals. Once you have registered, you will be able to view the anonymous profiles of available interim candidates including their areas of specialism and day rates/salaries.  Once you have expressed an interest in a candidate's profile, a hti consultant will contact you to discuss their details.

Please note that all reported day rates and salaries are net of hti introductory fees.

How we work

We are conscious that we have a major part to play in protecting client brands and contributing to the success of the client’s business by providing you with expert advice and superb candidates.  We like to get to know our clients and their requirements, so we can be certain that we can provide you with candidates that exactly match your requirements.

Our approach is as follows:

  • An initial meeting with hti at your offices to ensure a full understanding of the role, the context of the role and company environment/culture.
  • Provision of shortlisted candidate CV’s and profiles within agreed timeframes.
  • Interviews arranged by hti at convenient times to you.
  • Candidates are fully briefed by hti on interview process and what you want to get out of the interview.
  • hti will seek feedback from you after interviews and ensure candidates receive such feedback.
  • hti will arrange subsequent interviews and discuss potential remuneration packages with you which are consistent with our understanding of current market practice.
  • hti will ensure a smooth and speedy transition for the successful candidate into your new role.
