hti is an interim recruitment practice exclusively dedicated to placing HR professionals into interim and contract roles. Our consultants are all HR professionals and will take the time to get to know you, your motivations, career aspirations and reasons for pursuing an interim career.

Uniquely, hti also enables you, the candidate, to market yourself through hti profiles. Registration is simple: you create a unique login and password, upload your brief profile and identify your areas of HR specialism and day rate/salary. This profile is then checked by hti consultants and uploaded within 24 hours (normal working days).

hti profiles are frequently browsed by hti clients as well as other employers of interim professionals.

An initial meeting at our offices to discuss your current career position and to give you advice and information about the human resources interim market.
We will produce your CV in a professionally formatted package.
We will present your profile to prospective employers who are specifically looking to recruit human resource professionals.
We will arrange interviews with employers at convenient times, and provide you with detailed corporate information.
We will advise you on the interview process and give you information on the people you will be meeting.
We will actively seek feedback from clients and provide you with feedback after all interviews
We will work with you and the client to achieve the best remuneration package for you.
