As a resourcing professional, your job duties could include:

• Working with management and the HR team to formulate a resourcing plan for both permanent and interim staff.
• Source and monitor appropriate recruitment information systems to streamline the process.
• Build and manage external relationships with recruitment and advertising agencies to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Manage the recruitment and search Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
• Keep up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports to provide staffing level information.
