Reward Salary Survey

We run a bi-annual salary survey for Reward Professionals that analyses base salaries, bonuses and benefits for 5 levels of Reward Professional and have recently published the results of our 2011 end of year update. 

Our results show that Median Base salary at all levels apart from Executive have increased slightly over the 12 months to December 2011.  Interestingly, junior analysts have received much larger bonus payments in the last 12 months compared to 2010.  Analyst II saw a slight decrease in bonus levels.  Managers saw an increase in bonus levels whilst Head of Function bonus levels remained the same.
