Alison Hughes

Alison Hughes

Alison is Higher Talent's Managing Director and she brings a wealth of HR recruitment experience as well as a career in HR and reward consulting. Alison manages the business and runs all senior search assignments across our functions.  She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a frequent speaker at seminars on the topics of the HR recruitment market and Human Resources capability.  In her leisure time Alison enjoys long distance walking and can often be spotted tapping away on her blackberry in remote and rural locations.

Jim Cressey

Jim joined Higher Talent in May 2011 to develop our HR interim recruitment capability and manage senior HR and reward assignments. Jim is a senior reward professional with over 30 years reward, consulting, pension and recruitment experience gained through working for a number of FTSE, privately owned businesses, the public sector and consulting firms. In his spare time, Jim likes to spend time in his house in Spain as well as acting as Higher Talent's Chief Entertainment Officer – he says he has always wanted to be a CEO.

Natalie Hannabuss

Natalie is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in reward, learning & development and resourcing roles.  Prior to joining Higher Talent at its inception in 2008, Natalie worked for Higher Talent’s parent company, MM & K where she provided analytical and research support. Natalie is also Higher Talent’s expert in competency based interviewing.  Outside of work, Natalie is working on adopting the whole feline population of Kent.

Dick Warburton

Dick Warburton

Richard is Higher Talent's Office Administrator and Research Assistant.  Prior to joining Higher Talent in 2009, Richard worked in retail management.  At Higher Talent, Richard manages the extensive research database, organises events and training, as well as supporting consultants in a research capacity.  His background in wine offers little practical benefit to recruitment but comes in handy at staff lunches.
